Welcome to my blog :)

Hey guys!

Firstly I just wanted to say how excited I am about starting a blog! I have literally wanted to start one for YEARS, but I never bothered because I didn't think anyone would read it. I never really had any confidence in myself to start a blog, but since starting an Instagram account, I have been incredibly overwhelmed by the love and support I have received from you guys. You all have given me the motivation, and I cant wait to share more with you!

Yesterday I asked you guys on IG to ask me a few makeup related questions, and I'm here to share them with you today.

@mavrickilana asked - What are your favourite brand of makeup brushes and why?
My favourite brand would definitely have to be Real Techniques. They have been a favourite of mine for years! I love that they're affordable, great quality and don't shed. My favourites from the line would have to be their Blush Brush and Buffing Brush.
I also am hoping to try some Zoeva brushes one day! They look absoutely beautiful and I've heard amazing things!

@itslinnerzbeauty asked - If you had to wear a full face of makeup by one brand, which one do you have everything you need from, in your collection?
Maybelline would definitely have to be the brand that I'd able to do a full face of makeup from! I love every single one of my Maybelline products, and the fact that theyre easily accesible and affordable,  just makes it better!

@ashleymareebeauty asked - Favourite lipstick?
This is a really hard question because I have so many and I love them all! My favourite at the moment is Grunge by Colour Pop. Its the perfect rosey brown shade and I love it so much.
Overall I tend to wear nudes and neautrals more often since they go with more makeup looks. Mac Angel and Chi Chi Centrefold are the ones I reach for the most :)

@uswa3 asked - From what age did you start wearing makeup?
I started wearing makeup very early on in my life. I unfortunately had to deal with skin problems when I was about 10. And I was so self conscious about it I would use my sister's foundation to try to cover it up. But looking back on it now, using foundation so early on probably didnt help my skin get any better!
I properly started wearing more makeup from the age of 16! (Im almost 22 now)

@thehanihanii asked - Who are your favourite beauty bloggers/youtubers?
Youtubers and beauty blogs is what started my obsession for makeup. I used to spend so much time watching these gurus on youtube, and I learnt so much from them!  The youtubers that got me started were Pixiwoo, Makeup By Tiffany D, Jacyln Hill, Tanya Burr, Chloe Morello, Shaaanxo, Marlena from Makeupgeektv, and Emilynoel83. These ladies have been a great deal of inspiration to me :)

@thehanihanii also asked - Which brand is your favourite for eyeshadows?
Makeup Geek! Im fairly late to try these, but since I have tried them, they've become my favourite shadows. Theyre so pigmeted and smooth , and the colour range is phenomenal. I definitely need to add more to my collection!!

@tat_padjen asked - Favourite makeup brand?
I cant pick one (sorry!). I love Too Faced and Colourpop equally and I cant decide which one I like better. Theyre both amazing brands with amazing products! From Colourpop, Im obsessed with their eyeshadows and lippie stix. And the fact theyre only $5 is crazy!! Too Faced hands down has the cutest packaging ever, and their eyeshadow palettes are to die for. If you havent tried anything from these two brands yet, do it now! You wont be dissapointed.
